THURSDAY, MAY 19, 2016 KENDALL JORDAN BEN JASON	Students will be transported by bus to CAREER. RED SHIRT PICK UP 6:30 PM BLUE SHIRTS and MENTORS 7:00 PM WORK:  Run through second half with technology. SOLOISTS:  anyone who needs practice can stay until 7:30.
FRIDAY, MAY 20, 2016	TBA if NEEDED – we will let you know.
SATURDAY, MAY 21, 2016 – MANDATORY NOAH ON BOOTH KENDALL until 12 CHRIS JASON JORDAN	11:00 am – 6:00 PM  (Arrive ten minutes before) COSTUMES and ATTENDANCE REQUIRED.  PLEASE BRING the STARRED COSTUME items OFF YOUR COSTUME LIST, plus ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS you have offered to bring for your scenes, including shoes.  BRING A LIGHT LUNCH and WATER.  SNACKS and water will also be SOLD. NOTES:  Mandatory Rehearsal = REQUIRED.  Costume items that you are providing are to be brought in a bag labeled in two places with child’s name.  Participants should arrive in OPENING DANCE items with the rest in a bag.  NOTE:  We cannot be responsible for misplaced or lost costume items.  Please be sure to mark in two places with permanent marker. PLEASE Arrive 10 minutes before CALL TIMES PLEASE BRING:  A book to read or something to pass time quietly.  Water!!  We will be selling snacks as well. I will be there to do tickets if anyone has ticket money to exchange!

ANNOUNCEMENTS for PARENTS, MENTORS and TECHIES

Please be advised:

• We still have a few outstanding costume fees.  Were due 3/31/16
• TICKET SALES - this is what helps us stay open year to year.  Please push tickets to friends, neighbors, family, and talk up both nights.  As soon as you bring the $, I will give you your tickets.  They are $7 at the door.  $5 Ticket money is due MAY 20, 2016, FIRM.  MENTORS, counting on you.
• LUNCH FUNDRAISER/SNACK SALE coming on April 30, 2016.
• There is no rehearsal on Saturday, April 23, 2016.
• PARENTS can get EE tickets to attend both shows at a discounted rate.
• SELL 10 F tickets and 10 S tickets and receive a PREMIER PASS for free entry to both nights for one ticket holder.
• Community/Church/Association/Club Groups - there is a discount program.  Just let us know if you have a group like that of 30 or more.

For this Saturday, all cast will be attending at 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM except for the mentors, who will be meeting at 12:00 PM for a lunch meeting and will be remaining after 5 for Creation Challenge #1.

Mentors, bring a lunch for this meeting, please.

REMINDER

REMINDER: No Daedream for blue shirts and red shirts this week. The mentors and choreography team will be working to complete our goals to prepare for the Spring Production, "The Reel Stuff."

Blue shirts who are not on the choreography team will begin again on Tues. Jan 12. Red shirts will begin again on Thursday, Jan. 14!

There is a rehearsal scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 9. More details will follow via blog/phone/email/Facebook and notices

Holiday Haitus

Today, Dec. 22, 2015, is the last day of the 2015 year for Daedream.  Only Blue Shirts and Mentors are attending.  Those having rehearsal for the school concert will be able to attend as needed.

We will not resume FULL daily sessions until Jan. 14.
